Yvorne Tradition 2018

Yvorne Tradition 2018

This Yvorne Tradition 2018 is a Swiss white wine produced with the Chasselas grape (also called Gutedel in German) by the winemaking cooperative Les Artisans Vignerons d’Yvorne (AVY). Its appelation is the AOC Chablais, which is part of the Canton de Vaud in French-speaking area of Switzerland, next to Lake Geneva. The Yvorne Tradition 2018 is a pale yellow wine that offers aromatic perfumes dominated by white flowers with mineral notes in the background. These impressions are reversed in the mouth where the minerality becomes stronger, associated with hints of white fruit. This Yvorne Tradition has a delicious liveliness and a zest of fizziness which pleasantly tickles the tongue. It has the Terravin Gold Label from the Winegrowers Federation of Canton Vaud.
