The Cantina Fasol Menin of Valdobbiadene of is a small producer of prosecco with a vineyard of 10 hectares. This winery is located in the vineyards south of the town Valdobbiadene, in the North-East of Italy.

The story of Cantina Fasol Menin of Valdobbiadene is linked to the second life of a couple who bought prosecco vineyards little by little before founding this estate in the late 90s. It produces two types of proseccos and some still wines, both red and white. The yearly production is approximately 150’000 bottles. The owners speak English perfectly if you want to visit them.

* Leonte Extra Dry 2017, Valdobbiadene DOCG, Prosecco Superiore: lemony and green apple flavors, with a a little more amplitude and sweetness in the mouth than the Brut version (July 2019).
* Raff 2017, IGT Glera Vino Frizzante: crisp wine with white flowers aromas and hints of herbs (July 2019).
