This Ô de la Côte is a sparkling white wine produced by the Cave de la Côte cooperative winery in the Vaud area of Switzerland, next to Lake Geneva. It is made from Chardonnay grapes and is pale-yellow elegant wine with fine and pleasant bubbles on the palate.
The main aroma of this Ô de la Côte, Mousseux Blanc de Blanc from Cave de la Côte is hazelnut associated to discreet hints of green apples and white fruits, a little too discreet for my taste I would say.
