Blanc de Noir Schiefer 2019, Weingut Obrecht, Jenins

Blanc de Noir Schiefer 2019, Weingut Obrecht, Jenins

The Blanc de Noir Schiefer is a white wine made with Pinot Noir grapes by the Weingut Obrecht located in the village of Jenins in the Graubunden state, in the Eastern part of Switzerland.

The grapes are cultivated following the biodynamic approach. The Pinot Noir grapes are pressed immediately after the harvest, the clear juice ferments spontaneously and is matured in clay eggs. The 2019 of the Blanc de Noir Schiefer from Weingut Obrecht is pale-yellow, medium-body wine that offers aromas of white fruits and red cherries. The palate is pleasantly balanced between crispiness and richness.
